Property Manager (Remote)
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
We are seeking dedicated Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties. This role is fully remote with a starting salary of £2400 per month. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality management, even if they have no prior experience. We provide full training, materials, and instructional videos to ensure you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality by coordinating with cleaning staff and maintenance teams.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest communications, including inquiries, check-ins, and resolving any issues during their stay to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Reservations Management: Oversee booking processes, including updating availability, confirming reservations, and managing cancellations or changes.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with property owners, cleaning teams, and other vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Pricing Strategy: Analyse market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maintain competitive rates and high occupancy levels.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues that arise with guests or properties, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Location: Candidates must be based in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
- No Experience Required: We provide full training, instructional videos, and materials to ensure your success.
- Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with basic software tools (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn property management software.
