Property Management for Vacation Rentals

Job ID: 34088268

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Our company is based in Philadelphia, PA, and manages properties in the city & Jersey Shore (NJ). We are looking for someone with experience in property management - especially some experience in the U.S. and/or vacation rental(bnb) properties.

Some of the responsibilities of an asset manager will be:
- Responding to maintenance requests from the guests & reservation team;
- Performing activities to maintain each property at a prime state such as ongoing pest control, keeping up with landscaping, etc.;
- Reducing equipment breakdown & failure such as regularly checking HVAC units, water heaters, etc.;
- Specifically for this type of business, coming up with solutions how we can maximize our revenue through bookings in providing certain concessions (e.g. vending machines, some more convenient property features, etc.);
- Assisting the General Manager and Owners with urgent tasks.

You should be able to:
- actually call different people and not be afraid of building relationships with random people out there who can give us the best work practice and quotations;
- learn fast and understand what is needed to attend to any issues/challenges;
- communicate well online as we are working in a virtual setting (e.g. answering a housekeeper for an emergency in a timely manner, not like 1 hour later);
- assess any health hazard or other liability hazards;
- enjoy coming up with modern and helpful ideas to maintain and do better with the properties.

We are starting at $600/mo, full-time, must be available during the EST, and preferably one or both of the weekend dates. We are looking for someone who will grow with our team and create your own little team within our company as we are looking into acquiring larger properties and hotel rooms for care. Let's work together!
