Property Management for Airbnb & VRBO
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I'm in need of a property manager who can assist with my listings on Airbnb and VRBO. The primary tasks will include:
- Guest Communication: Ensuring that all guest inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Listing Optimization: Improving the visibility and appeal of my property on both platforms.
The property manager will be required to update the listings on a weekly basis. Please note that I do not need assistance with handling booking inquiries.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in managing properties on Airbnb and VRBO, with a proven track record in guest communication and listing optimization. Skills in marketing and public relations would be seen as an advantage, as would experience in the property management industry.
