I'm seeking an entry-level property manager for my commercial properties. Responsibilities will include:
- Tenant communication: Ensuring all tenants are satisfied and their needs are met.
- Maintenance coordination: Overseeing the maintenance of the property and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
- Rent collection: Ensuring all rent is collected on time.
- Booking: Keeping track of all bookings for the property.
Ideal candidates should be familiar with property management software, as this will be used daily. Prior experience in property management is not necessary, but a strong commitment to the role and a desire to learn and grow in the field is essential.
Candidates should be located exclusively in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Candidates should have an active Airbnb account (as a guest).
