Property Management Consultant (Freelancer)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Responsibilities:
Solution design from end-user perspective & implementation perspective
Working directly with the Development Team to document and validate business requirements, which are then mapped to the application’s functionality.
Recommend best practices based on product capabilities and business process workflows
Provide feedback on existing product based on efficiency gains and customer needs
Maintain up-to-date system knowledge through product enhancements, changes, and defect fixes.
Confidently escalate issues internally, as needed
Handle escalations and tough, complex client problems
Lead internal initiatives to build efficiencies and team knowledge
Collaboration and sharing of feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts
Analyze market trends and monitor performance, identifying recommendations and strategies to maximize results
Act as customer advocate and trusted advisor to improve revenue, as well as customer experience and satisfaction.
Assist in the set-up of property management software and systems
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and practices, and with all regulatory requirements
Conduct virtual ad hoc professional services webinars
Other related tasks that will be assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
at least 5 years of work experience as Property Manager
ideally with knowledge in property management software or systems
Sound knowledge of HOA and/or real estate laws.
Excellent analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Work arrangement:
At least once a week working at the office and 2-3hrs per working day available for online support/meeting
