Property Lettings Management Specialist Needed

I'm seeking an experienced property lettings manager to assist with multiple residential and commercial properties in both England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management: Finding and vetting tenants, handling tenant relations.
- Rental Agreements: Drafting, reviewing, and managing all rental agreements and related documentation.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in property management, especially with multiple properties.
- Strong understanding of rental agreements and tenant management.
- Experience with both residential and commercial properties is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
