Pre-Rental Apartment Manager Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a dependable local professional who can act as my hands and legs while I’m away and prepare my apartment for its next tenant. Your day-to-day work will involve unlocking the unit for vendors and contractors, picking up or accepting deliveries, purchasing the small items the space still needs, and taking accurate room measurements so I can finalise furnishing plans.
Before a tenant moves in I also want the flat kept spotless and damage-free, so you’ll supervise every scheduled cleaning and carry out regular walk-through inspections, sending me photos or short video updates each time. We’ll keep this routine going until the apartment is officially rented.
Key deliverables
• Timely vendor access and on-site coordination
• Item purchases with receipts forwarded the same day
• Precise room measurements and a simple floor sketch or digital note
• Brief inspection and cleaning reports (photos or videos accepted)
Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to make quick in-person visits are essential. If you’re locally based and experienced in light property management or concierge services, let’s discuss how soon you can start.
