I require third party property management services for municipal and government contracts. My focus is on managing medium-sized buildings and properties. Key services required are:
- Building maintenance: Proficiency in managing and maintaining the structural integrity of medium-sized government buildings. Experience handling plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Groundskeeping: Responsible for landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting trees, etc. Some knowledge of horticulture is beneficial.
