Monthly Buildium Rental Accounting Support
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My rental portfolio is already hosted in Buildium, and I’d like a detail-oriented accounting professional to keep it running smoothly. The core focus is on two tasks: recording and overseeing rent collection inside Buildium, and producing clear, accurate financial reports every month.
What I need you to handle
• Post and reconcile all rent payments, late fees, and refunds so my ledgers stay current.
• Generate the standard monthly financial reports in Buildium—Owner Statement, Income & Expense, and Cash Flow—making sure they balance against bank activity.
• Flag discrepancies or unpaid charges and outline them in a short note so I can act quickly.
Everything is already set up in Buildium; you’ll receive role-based access along with a brief walkthrough of my current chart of accounts. Bank feeds and property data are live, so you can jump straight into the workflow.
I expect the first set of reports within one week of onboarding, then a consistent monthly rhythm. Familiarity with Buildium’s accounting module is essential, and experience with residential rentals is a plus.
If you’re systematic, comfortable meeting recurring deadlines, and can keep my books audit-ready, let’s get started.
