Mixed-Use Property Manager Wanted
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to handle our mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will be located in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of our mixed-use properties
- Managing tenant relations and ensuring a positive living and working environment
- Coordinating with maintenance teams to address property issues in a timely manner
- Overseeing financial aspects of property management
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience in property management, particularly with mixed-use properties
- Excellent tenant management skills
- Strong financial oversight capabilities
