UK HMO Property Deal Finder

I’m seeking an experienced property sourcer who can bring me profitable HMO opportunities in the North-West or Midlands of England.. The brief is straightforward: source off market deals, identify existing or potential residential houses in multiple occupation that will perform well as buy-to-lets and supply me with the data I need to move quickly on each deal.

What I expect from you
• A steady flow of on- or off-market HMO leads that match standard licensing criteria.
• A short deal pack for every property, showing asking price, estimated refurb costs (if any), projected gross and net rental yields, local demand indicators and comparable sales or rents.
• Confirmation that each property can legally operate as an HMO—e.g. Article 4 status, licensing requirements, and any planning considerations.
• Photos, floor plans or links to the listing to help me make a fast decision.
• Your own due-diligence notes on red flags and opportunities to add value.

Acceptance criteria
A lead is considered accepted once the figures match or exceed the rental-income targets we will agree up front and the documentation above is complete.
