Full-Service Property Manager Needed
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I own a growing residential portfolio—well over sixteen units spread across several neighborhoods—and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day to an experienced professional who can treat the properties as if they were their own. The scope is truly full service: you’ll oversee tenant management from marketing vacant units through lease renewal, coordinate all maintenance and repairs with reliable vendors, and stay on top of timely rent collection so cash flow remains predictable.
Because the doors are located in one city, an on-the-ground presence is preferred, yet most communication and reporting can be handled remotely through the CRM Street. Clear monthly owner statements, fast response times to tenant queries, and proactive scheduling of preventative maintenance are non-negotiable.
Deliverables I expect:
• Smooth onboarding of every existing lease and security deposit into your management system
• A single point of contact for tenants, plus a 24-hour emergency line you monitor
• Detailed maintenance logs with before/after photos and invoices attached
• Rent collected and deposited by the 5th of each month, with delinquency follow-up documented
• End-of-month financial statement and a brief summary of any outstanding issues
- Maintaining compliance documents
- Help the company grow to 100+ managed properties
If you’re already juggling a similar number of residential units successfully and can jump in with minimal hand-holding, let’s talk.
