Executive Assistant / Property Manager for Vacation Rental Company
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Job opportunity fit for someone in LA that's into real estate, renovations, interior design, and staging. They'd be working for a very busy vacation rental company that's acquiring more and more properties in the greater LA area by the day! They would be responsible for helping the co-founder of the company in preparing the property to be put on market - with responsibilities that can build out from there such as managing the reservations and more.
Rate is $25/hour with lots of room to grow with excellent performance.
Candidate must:
- live in the greater Los Angeles area
- be able to start immediately
- have their own car
- have a good sense of design style
- possess real estate knowledge
- thrive in fast paced, gear-switching environments
- stay cool & collected while meeting deadlines
