Our company is looking for a Property Manager who can help elevate guest experiences by overseeing the entire property operations, managing communications, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
As a Property Manager, you will be expected to use your expertise and experience in maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Airbnb Property Manager:
Oversee remote operations for Airbnb listings
Coordinate guest communication and check-ins
Ensure timely resolution of property issues
Collaborate with property owners to optimize listing performance
Expedia Group (VRBO) Property Manager:
Manage remote operations for VRBO properties
Handle guest inquiries and coordinate maintenance
Implement best practices for property management
Work closely with hosts to enhance listing performance
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Active Airbnb account as a guest is required
Experience as a remote property manager is highly preferred but not required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or a virtual customer service representative is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
