Console Cloud Commercial Property Manager

I need a seasoned Commercial Property Manager who can step straight into my Console Cloud portfolio and keep every aspect of it running smoothly. Day-to-day you will be inside Console Cloud handling tenant communications, monitoring leases, arranging maintenance, and making sure every document, invoice, and note is uploaded against the correct tenant or owner file so nothing ever falls through the cracks.

Beyond the operational work, I also rely on you to stay ahead of Australian commercial property compliance. Whenever legislation changes, new checklists or certificates are required, or key dates approach, I expect you to flag them in Console Cloud and follow through until everything is signed off.

Key deliverables each 3 month
• All tenant, lease, and maintenance data fully updated in Console Cloud
• Supporting documents scanned or drag-dropped into the right folders for owners and tenants
• Compliance items flagged, actioned, and closed out within agreed timelines

If you have experience with Re-Leased or PropertyMe as well, that’s a bonus, but Console Cloud expertise is non-negotiable. Let me know how many commercial properties you currently manage and how you ensure data integrity in the cloud, and we can get started.
