AppFolio & Realm-X Workflow Optimization Specialist

Project Brief: AppFolio / Realm-X Workflow Automation Support

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or consultant who is familiar with AppFolio property management systems and preferably Realm-X automation workflows.

Our goal is to improve and streamline our internal property management processes through professional workflows, automation, and better operational structure.

We need help with areas such as:

Reviewing our current AppFolio processes
Creating or improving automated workflows
Move-in and move-out process automation
Tenant communication workflows
Maintenance request workflows
Leasing process improvements
Task tracking and internal accountability
Document/process organization
AppFolio best practices
Realm-X automation setup, if applicable

We are looking for someone who can help us identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and potentially assist with implementation.

Ideal experience includes:

AppFolio property management experience
Workflow automation experience
Property management operations knowledge
Realm-X or similar automation tool experience
Process documentation and SOP creation

The goal is to create cleaner, more professional, and more automated systems for our property management team.
