Looking for a reliable and responsible individual to manage my two apartments in Faridabad, India. Duties include weekly cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, and managing necessary amenities.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform weekly cleaning tasks in both apartments
- Ensure security by:
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
- Arranging security checks
- Coordinating with security personnel
- Supervise various amenities, essential ones being:
- Manage water supply by inspecting the working of the water motor regularly
- Supervise electricity and Wifi
Ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Skills in solving maintenance issues, coordinating with security personnel, and a basic understanding of utility systems (water, electricity and internet) is essential.
