Airbnb Vacation Rental Manager Needed Philippines/ Mexico/ USA/ Europe

I’m looking for an experienced property manager who can take full ownership of my 1–5 vacation rentals on Airbnb. Your day-to-day focus will be:
• Guest communication – respond quickly to inquiries, manage reservations, send check-in instructions, and handle any questions during a guest’s stay, maintaining Superhost-level response times.
• Property maintenance – schedule and oversee repairs, routine inspections, and restocking so each home stays in top condition and reviews remain high.
I already have cleaning covered, so coordination of housekeeping is not required. Familiarity with Airbnb’s host dashboard, messaging tools, and resolution center is essential, and I value proactive problem-solving and clear record-keeping.
