Account manager

A highly skilled Account Manager is needed to join the team at our holiday letting management company based in London.

The role:
- Create listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc. - know what 'Great' looks like, and how to market the property online to the right audience
- Have experience with our property management software SMOOBU.
- Guest communication.
- Coordinate repairs when required - booking electricians, plumbers, handymen and overseeing works to completions on Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Calendar management.
- Set up predefined responses to frequently asked questions.
- Organise and schedule cleaning and deliveries of linen.
- Create monthly reports of all bookings.
