I need a compensation expert

I bought a flat in 2021 that was in the process of having the cladding changed (paid for my the housing company). Since purchasing, the project has been massively delayed several times, and at the end of last year it was actually found that there is a problem with the block work, another layer under the cladding. Meaning the project is now extended another 2 years to fully rectify. I have been offered some compensation, and due to the finality of the compensation agreement I am eager to understand whether this is a reasonable compensation offer prior to signing it.
