I require assistance in navigating through the final stages of the sale. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling similar transactions and possess a strong understanding of the legal requirements and processes involved. The conveyancing and transfer should be relatively simple as this is a cash sale - ie the buyer does not require finance and there is no mortgage from the seller (me) that needs paying out.
