Hi, I've found a large residential building in Alumunecar Spain, it needs minor renovation workrs.

I wish to divide it into 3 apartments which only really would need internal modifications such as relocating bathrooms and kitchens on all 3 floors.

How can you help regarding the planning / legal side of this and what will you charge for this?
