I have booked a flat around New Delhi (India), for which I have paid booking amount and availed a home loan. I am paying EMI for the loan. The flat is RERA approved.
Now I want to cancel my booking due to personal reasons. For that I need help from an experienced person.
You should have done such work in the past, or should have a clear understanding of the process.
I know a buyer can cancel a property booking anytime it wants, that is RERA rule.
