Create a contract for a residential property sale

Hi there,
I’m arranging the sale of a house. I would like someone who is able to draw up a conveyancing contract for the sale of the property.
It would have to be consistent with British law and stand up to the scrutiny of the buyer’s solicitors.
It is necessary for me to sell the property quite quickly and therefore, would like to have a contract ready to be signed before I go back and forth with lawyers. A process which can be quite time consuming. So someone able to work quite quickly is required.
Please only respond if you have experience drawing up this type of contract.
