I am looking for someone who can quote an aerial rendering showing how many duplexes could fit on a 1.79 acre, triangular parcel of land. This is for a listing I have, it just needs to be simple, the goal is to assist potential buyer developers to quickly calculate ROI based on how many duplexes can be accommodated. I'm just looking for an idea of cost for this service at this point. Thank you.
