New cottage design to get building permit -- 2

Get the drawing for building permit. I have rough sketch for small cottage of my own or want 24 feet x 44 feet with 1 car garage, Just 2D drawings needed for building permit. I had posted this, but all bids I have received disappeared. Therefore, re-posting again.
