need someone who can proofread a sequence of pages which need word editing

I am looking to hire someone with the right skill set to proofread a large sequence of pages. I need someone who is familiar with the proofreading process and can detect any inaccuracies - typos, grammar, punctuation, etc. I am looking for more than 10 pages to be proofread. This does not need to be entirely rewritten - just proofread to ensure accuracy of the content. The content is in a PDF format.
