I need a proofreader for my debut novel -- 2

I need a native English speaker from US, UK, Canada or Australia to proofread my debut novel (76,000 words). He/she will correct my grammar, punctuations, sentences construction, paragraphing etc to make the manuscript worthy of being given representation by a literary agent. My budget is $90. This price is fixed. Please note that no negotiation about price. The Manuscript must not be less than 76,000 words after completion. Only native English speakers who are ready to carry on with the work should bid.
