I need a cover letter

I have recently moved to canada as a permenant resident and in the process of applying for jobs. I am not happy with the way i have written my cv and looking for someone to write it on behalf. I am a masters graduate in engineering but only had management related experience. But I have now decided to start looking for entry level positions in engineering with zero experience.
