hire a project manager

Would like someone to manage a writing project. I am an author who is looking for someone with great editing skills, above average knowledge of the English language, and has some industry connections. Candidate should be able to proofread my work, give me honest feedback, help with rewrites. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively. Marketing and managerial skills a big plus. Much like an agent, I would like someone who has the ability to network with industry people and possibly get my work in front of the right people.
