I'm being sued and I need to prove that an offense directed at me was real (it's a screenshot and they're claiming it's fake).
The screenshot shows the comments of an Instagram post.
The other party is claiming that it is impossible for the screenshot to be real because the comment in question (with insults) was written in just 3 seconds.
They claim that it is not possible to type a text like that in 3 seconds.
Probably a bug or something like that.
I need a person who can justify this WITH GOOD ARGUMENTS and who, if possible, issue a report so that I can prove that SCREENSHOT IS REAL.
