Write a document in LaTex with figures -- 3

Hi All,
I would like to write a document in LaTex. Currently I am using MS word. I think converting the document to LaTex will make the document better and allow professional figures drawings.
It is preferred to have engineering background.
the scope includes:
1- write document in LaTex
2- The writing should be scientific writing where a templet will be shared that includes (list of figures, tables and references ..etc)
3- enhance the document writing
4- draw technical figures such as FBD and coordinate systems.
5- check Plagiarism and ensure low percentage
6- final two documents LaTex and MS word.
7- the document include Mathematica code that needs to be written in Mathematica input form
8- the document include a lot of mathematical equations.
the document is about 100 pages long
