Type 150-Page Document into Excel -- 2

I have a 150-page document that needs to be transcribed into Microsoft Excel. All content is text only—no numbers or formulas—so every word simply has to be typed exactly as it appears in the source. I will supply a list of column headers in advance; each piece of text must be placed under the correct header, with plain text in every cell (no bold, italics, or special formatting).

Accuracy and consistency are critical. Please proof-read as you go so the final spreadsheet is free of typos. When finished, send back the completed .xlsx file and keep the sheet structure intact.
