This project is focused on expanding a virtual quoting team built around precision, communication, and consistency. The role is straightforward and performance-based. Team members are responsible for sourcing and securing quotes from companies using outbound communication methods such as phone, email, and direct outreach. The objective is volume and accuracy, not sales, follow-up management, or deal closing.
Each team member operates within a defined monthly quote quota tied directly to their pay tier. Compensation scales with output, creating a structured system of base pay, performance bonuses, and additional earning incentives as quotas are exceeded. Advancement within the project is tied to reliability, responsiveness, and sustained production.
