Technical Report Rewriting

I have a complete technical report that now needs a full, line-by-line rewrite. The content itself is solid, but the language could be clearer and the flow more natural for readers who rely on the document in a professional setting. Your job is to rework every sentence so the meaning stays intact while clarity, coherence, and readability all improve noticeably.
Because this is a technical report or analysis, the industry-specific terminology already in the text must remain untouched; only the surrounding prose should change. Where you spot awkward phrasing, abrupt transitions, or minor inconsistencies, please smooth them out so each section connects logically to the next.
Structure is important: I want the rewritten file to mirror the original document’s headings and sub-headings so it’s easy for me to compare section by section. At hand-off I’ll need two Word files:
• A tracked-changes version showing every edit
• A clean, publication-ready copy
Both files should be grammatically flawless, plagiarism-free, and ready for immediate internal or client use.
