I have a 40-page paper on Python and automobile(fabrication/modification) given below, that has been rejected by few publishers. I'm seeking a professional with a strong background who have published papers in the related field of automotive engineering + python skills. Freelancer should submit the paper to international journal (impact factor >2), If required, for the same purpose he/she needs to modify the content to get accepted by journal.

Abstract
This research focuses on a possibility of converting a Bajaj RE Diesel auto-three wheeler into a four wheeled passenger car to meet the need of affordable transport in India. The analysis of the Indian passenger vehicle market shows constant growth while the Maruti Suzuki Alto is one of the market leaders. Nevertheless, the Alto is unreasonably priced, and it is out of reach for most people, which leads to the search for other solutions. The Bajaj RE Diesel which is cheap and has better fuel economy than the regular passenger car offers the solution. The paper presents the fabrication process which includes development of CAD model, modification of the chassis, installation of the front wheel, installation of the steering system, installation of the brake system and fabrication of the body. The changes thus made increased the weight of the car and although the mileage drops a little, it is still affordable compared to the Maruti Suzuki Alto. However, additional improvements in noise control, vibration isolation and safety aspects are required to achieve better performances. The paper reveals that this new approach can effectively address the rising demand for cheap passenger cars in India.
