Preparing a separate response document that lists each reviewer comment and explains how it was addressed (point-by-point format)
What you will receive:
The full manuscript (Word file with figures/tables)
The reviewers’ comments
The dataset (Excel format) used in the study
Requirements:
Experience in editing scientific manuscripts in microbiology or related fields
Strong skills in academic English and scientific writing
Ability to interpret and incorporate reviewer feedback accurately
Ability to update tables/figures and align data presentation accordingly
Familiarity with journal resubmission procedures and response-to-reviewer formats
Important Terms:
You will not be included as an author or acknowledged in the manuscript
You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing any files
All data and intellectual content remain the full property of the author
You are not permitted to share, reuse, or publish any part of the manuscript or data
Please include a short summary of your relevant experience, availability, and estimated timeline. If you have worked on similar journal resubmissions before, feel free to share examples (without breaching confidentiality).
Thank you!
