Russian-English Video Translation & Syncing

We are seeking a Russian native speaker with strong English proficiency to translate a Russian-language video into high-quality, natural English. The Russian script will be provided. The freelancer will be responsible not only for accurate translation but also for synchronising the translated content with the video for subtitles or voiceover timing.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate the provided Russian script into fluent, context-appropriate English
Ensure the translation maintains the original tone, intent, and meaning
Synchronise the English translation with the video timeline (subtitles or VO sync)
Adjust phrasing where necessary to match on-screen timing and lip-sync (if required)
Review and proofread final output for accuracy, grammar, and consistency

Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in Russian and excellent command of English
Proven experience in video translation, subtitling, or localization
Familiarity with subtitle formats (SRT, VTT) or timing tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and cultural nuance
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly

Deliverables:
Final English translation of the full Russian script
Time-synced subtitles or synchronized script aligned with the video
