Research Paper Editing & Formatting -- 2

I require writing, and formatting of my research paper. The paper includes original analysis done with Python and the text description was written with the help of AI tools and, accompanied by images and plots generated within the same environment.
The paper is of 31 pages including images and tables but without them the text comes up to 14-15 pages.

Key tasks:
- Rewrite entire text without using AI tools, humanizer tools (strictly avoided).
- Reduce plagiarism (less than 10% with report).
- The summary of results, values should not be changed.
- Proofreading and editing: I need to ensure the paper is free of grammatical errors and typos.
- Formatting: This includes adding of numbers and description to figures and tables, text within the pages.
- Addition of references (at least 25).
