I am looking for a USA resident who can provide ongoing long-term representation for my business objectives in the USA.
We are a strategic consulting firm that helps companies, among other things, open new markets.
One of the strategies we implement is the establishment of subsidiary companies in the target countries (in this case, the United States), which allows them to often optimize supplier costs and increase their competitiveness. A common characteristic of these companies is that they operate 100% online and usually offer consulting services and advice to end clients. In order to implement this subsidiary company strategy, they need a physical person with an American address and Social Security Number (SSN) to act as a representative for payment gateways with which they form collaborations to collect their services' fees.
This is the role we are currently seeking. We are looking for someone who is willing to take on this representation, which mainly involves signing agreements between the companies and their suppliers.
All companies, both subsidiaries and parent companies, are audited by us to understand their activities, management team, seniority, solvency, etc., and a document is always signed before starting the relationship, clearly stating all the collaboration points.
