Remote Administrative Representative Needed for European Company (USA Only)
We are a strategic consultancy that helps companies, among other things, to enter new markets.
One of the strategies we implement is the opening of subsidiary companies in the target countries (in this case, the United States), which allows them to often optimize supplier costs and increase their competitiveness. A common characteristic of these companies is that they operate 100% online and usually offer consulting services and advice to end customers. In order to implement this subsidiary company strategy, they need a physical person with an American address and Social Security Number (SSN) to act as a representative for the payment gateways with which they establish collaborations in order to collect their services' payments.
This is the role we are currently seeking. It involves someone who wants to exercise this representation, which materializes in the signing of agreements reached between the companies and their suppliers, and little else.
All companies, both subsidiaries and parent companies, are audited by us to understand their activities, their management team, their seniority, solvency, etc. A document is always signed before starting the collaboration, clearly stating all the points of the partnership.
We pay $300 a month plus $500 upon signature.
