Remote Freelance Document Translator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am prioritising the translator role on our FlexiWork Network team and need reliable help with ongoing document-level assignments. Most projects involve pairing two of the following languages—Arabic, English and French—so solid proficiency in at least one of those combinations is essential.
The work is fully remote and ranges from general business files to internal handbooks. You will receive editable source documents (Word, PDF or Google Docs) and are expected to deliver clean, publication-ready copies that respect original formatting, tone and intent.
Deliverables
• Translated document in the agreed language pair, mirror-formatted to the source
• A brief terminology or notes sheet highlighting key choices
• On-time delivery to the mutually confirmed deadline
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % human translation, proofread and free of machine-translation artefacts
• Consistent terminology and coherent flow throughout the file
• No missing sections, tables or figures from the source
When replying, include your preferred language pair(s), relevant experience, any CAT tools you currently use (if applicable) and a portfolio sample. I review submissions daily and will follow up to arrange a paid test piece where needed.
