Real Estate Market Research Doc - Editing/Proof Reading/Design Changes/Writing

I need help with a Real Estate Market Research document that requires a range of skills – from editing and proof-reading, to design changes and additional content written. I have some specific design ideas that I need to be carried through so that the document has a consistent visual representation. The document also requires proof reading, editing, spelling and grammar corrections as well as any additional content and formatting requirements.
