RUSSIAN NATIVE wanted to edit and proof read a kids stories manuscript. *NO BIDS FROM BANGLADESH/INDIA/PAKISTAN*

i have a manuscript of bilingual kids stories in English and RUSSIAN. I need a native RUSSIAN speaker from a RUSSIAN territory (to my knowledge this does not include Bangladesh) to go through the manuscript (these are all IMAGE FILES, so copy and paste wont work). It has 70 'chapters, and each chapter has around 20 pages, and each page has :) around ONE SENTENCE OF RUSSIAN PER PAGE. So it is not exactly '"War and Peace". I need a text file to be made into which the RUSSIAN sentences and the corresponding english sentences are copied. SPECIFYING NEATLY which chapter and which page we are in. So altogether this will be 1000 lines of typing to do, approximately.

My budget is $100, and I need this asap (24 hours). Please bid only if you are a native RUSSIAN speaker , not a google-RUSSIAN speaker. And I emphasize once again, from a RUSSIAN territory.
