Provide 7-Hour Course Transcript

I have a free, seven-hour SOR video course that I need transcribed in full. Please capture every spoken word accurately, then organise the text so each lecture, module, or natural break is clearly labeled with its own heading.

I don’t require timestamps, so you can focus on clean, readable copy and clear sectioning. When you’re finished, share the transcript in two identical formats: a Microsoft Word file and a Google Doc (so I can comment online).
