Proofreading of a scientific article (environmental study) by a native English speaker

I need proofreading of a scientific article (environmental study) by a native English speaker. The text contains 5762 words. All corrections need to be highlighted (tracked). After correction it is necessary to send two files - with the tracked changes and clean one. I attach a file in docx format.
I pay by 2 part: the half after recieveing the tracked text, the second half - when the journal editor accept the english level (decision expected on 10-12th February)..
