Proofreading, plagarisim correction and paper format.

I have a journal paper that has 37% plagairism and also tested for orignality by turnitin software. The requirement that i need is a good english proofreader who can reword the plagairised content without changing the meaning of the current paper. Then to format the paper according to the journal template. ( I have already formatted it but just a second eye to recheck it for me). Only excellent english writer with proficient grammar level is required for this task.
