Proofreading for a manuscript

I would like to have two quotes delivered if possible. The first quote incorporating a basic service of correction of spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence length and any obvious mistakes. Whilst the next quote if the Editor is able to do so, would include the first element of the basic service, whilst also adding analytical analysis including sentencing structures, problems with style, comments on accessibility of work etc. The length of the manuscript is just under 200,000 words. I would be looking for work to begin on the manuscript by early to mid August at the latest, with a completion target of early September.
