Proofreading for Machine Learning Paper

I want proofreading to be conducted on a machine learning paper. The assignee should check the paper in term of grammars, spelling and formatting in general.

Native English speakers will be strongly considered. Assignees with experience working on professional editing and proofreading are preferred.
