Proofreading of my first novel

I've written my first novel, had an editorial assessment done and self-edited afterwards. I am looking for someone with a lot of experience to proofread my novel and possibly give advice on making it even better. The novel is fiction and just over 91, 300 words. I would categorize the manuscript as fantasy/drama. I am looking to have the editing completed within a month's time at most and at a reasonable price.
